Refund Policy

At SnickFit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, used or tried-on compression gear (socks, sleeves, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@snickfit.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or visibly worn gear (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
